8 Village at the End of Papua It Now Light-brights 24 Hours

Director General of Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) Rida Mulyana on Friday (03/10/2017), inaugurated the eight packages Centralized Solar Power Generation (PLTST) with a total installed capacity of 145 kilowatts (kW) and 65 units of Public Street Lighting (PJU) Solar or PJU Smart in Keerom District, Papua Province. "Development PJU PLTS and this is one of the government's efforts to provide and accelerate access to electricity for the outermost regions and at the borders," said Rida in a written statement on Saturday (11/03/2017).
This PLTST electrify eight villages in Keerom, namely Kampung Skopro, Dregs, Kalibom, Pund, Banda, Yuwainda, Yabanda and Kampung Kalimo. PJU PLTS development and in Keerom is financed by the State Budget (APBN) through the Special Allocation Fund KESDM. PLTS eight units have been handed over by the Directorate General of the Ministry of Energy to the Government EBTKE Keerom dated February 24, 2017 in Makassar, while 65 units PJU solar power was handed over and inaugurated on this day.
